Hi I’m Lara. I help sensitive adults restore their digestion, energy, and inner calm through mindful nutrition and nervous system regulation. My approach is gentle, evidence-informed, and rooted in compassion.

Like many of my clients, I didn’t start this work because everything was easy. I spent years navigating fatigue, bloating, and a body that felt unpredictable. I tried restrictive diets and supplements, always chasing the next solution, but nothing stuck because I was missing the bigger picture. It wasn’t until I began understanding how stress, emotion, and environment affect the body that everything began to make sense. Healing started when I stopped fighting my body and began listening to it.
